Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to information you give us through this website. It covers the website only.
Who is responsible
OpenWorkerAI is the data controller for information submitted through this site.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, your company name if you give one, and your message. We also store a one-way token derived from your network address so we can recognise repeated abuse of the form. That token cannot be turned back into your address and is not used for anything else.
We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or any third-party service on this website. Nothing on these pages is loaded from another company's servers.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have asked us to get in touch about a possible commercial relationship, and we cannot reply without keeping your message and your address long enough to do so. We have assessed that this does not override your interests, because the information is minimal, you supplied it deliberately for this purpose, and we do not use it for anything else.
What we do with it
We read it and reply to you. We may email a copy of your enquiry internally so the right person sees it. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted automatically 365 days (about 12 months) after they are received. This is not a stated intention — a scheduled process performs the deletion, and the figure on this page is the figure that process uses.
Cookies
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and no cookie is set simply by browsing it. When you open the enquiry form, we set one strictly necessary cookie that exists solely to prevent forged form submissions. It carries no identifier, is not readable by scripts, and is not used to recognise you on a later visit. Because it is strictly necessary for a service you have asked for, no consent banner is required — and we would rather not show you one.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including before the automatic deletion above. Email us and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk if you think we have handled your information badly, though we would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Where it is held
Enquiries are stored on infrastructure we operate ourselves. If you need specifics about location for your own compliance purposes, ask us and we will tell you.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will change this page at the same time.
