What we do

Four capabilities, one partner.

Everything below is supplied as capability inside your product, under your brand. You decide what your users see; we make sure the thing underneath is fast, consistent and affordable at the volume you actually run.

Voice

Speech in, speech out — at the speed a real conversation needs.

Turn what people say into something your system can act on, and turn your system's response back into natural speech. Built for live conversation rather than batch transcription, so it holds up in a product where someone is waiting for an answer.

Typically used for

  • Transcribe calls and meetings into your own records
  • Give your product a spoken interface
  • Read responses back to a caller in natural speech

Data

Unstructured input, structured output — in the shape your systems already expect.

Documents, images, messages and free text go in; clean, typed records come out, matching the structure you specify rather than something you then have to parse and repair. That is usually the difference between a demo and something you can put in front of customers.

Typically used for

  • Read documents and images into your own record structure
  • Extract fields from messages and free text
  • Normalise messy third-party data on the way in

Processes

Named operations that run the same way every time — on demand or in bulk.

The repeatable work in your product: the same job, run consistently, whether that is one request from a user waiting on screen or a backlog of hundreds of thousands. You call the operation; we take care of running it reliably and returning a predictable result.

Typically used for

  • Run the same operation across a large backlog
  • Trigger work from your product and collect the result later
  • Keep results consistent between one run and the next

Conversation

Assistants and drafting inside your product, in your product's voice.

Helpful, responsive text where your users already are — answering, summarising, drafting and explaining. It behaves like part of your product rather than a chatbot bolted onto the side of it.

Typically used for

  • An assistant that understands your product's own data
  • Draft and summarise on the user's behalf
  • Answer questions in the user's language

What we don't do

Worth knowing before you spend a meeting on it.

We don't sell to end users

There is no OpenWorkerAI product your customers sign up for. We supply platforms, and we stay behind your brand.

We don't do research projects

If what you need is a novel model rather than dependable capability at volume, we are the wrong people and will say so on the first call.

We don't promise magic

Some workloads are not a good fit for AI at all. We would rather tell you that than sell you a pilot that quietly disappoints six months later.

Which of these do you need?

Tell us the workload and the volume. You will get a straight answer.
